Project Complexity

I’ve been writing lately about complexity and addressing it head-on so it doesn’t derail your plans.  In this post I share another short video about recognizing complexity.

There are many drivers of complexity, but two key types are “environmental” complexity and “project” complexity.  I previously provided a video about recognizing “environmental” complexity so you can be proactive and take steps to avoid related obstacles and challenges.

This post includes a video on “project” complexity.  Projects today have more “moving parts” and interact with their larger environment in new ways.  Advanced techniques for planning and preparation provide the special attention these projects need, now more than ever.
